5th September is the birth anniversary of our second President Late Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, who had requested to celebrate his birthday as TEACHERS DAY to respect and honour the teachers all over India to appreciate their special contribution towards education. This day is celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm by the students. They dress up like their favourite teacher and go to the classes as The Teacher of the day.
